OK, so I'm late seeing as it's May now and the year most definately began a while ago. but here I am and here I will start.
I never have photos of myself around as I have always been uncomfortable with the way I look and most of the time I'm not that happy about the person I have become. My life is, however, my life! I have people who love me and a lot to be thankful for so I owe it to them and to myself to become comfortable with myself. I'll fill in the first four months as and when I can...

From the pics I have seen you are fabulous....but we are often critical of ourselves
I agree with Kath. I think we hate looking in the mirror and are critical of what see but often other people don't see what we see - luckily!!!! You are a warm beautiful person and it is that that matters.
Oh, dont be so hard on yourself...i know that is easier said than done, as i feel the same about myself, but you are a beautiful person, inside and out, and your inner beauty shines along with your outer beauty:)

I think everyone has said it, why do we put ourselves down. Why is it that everyone else can see the kind caring person, that we can't. Dont be so hard on yourself! You are a lovely person!

I felt the same at the beginning of the year but this project and the weight loss is really having an impact on that train of thought, keep going and it may help you too!
Mine is the opposite of yours! I look better in the mirror than the photo when taken LOL!!
Aren't we all so very critical or vain about ourselves!!
